Integrated with Location Management, you can log in to
ContaX Office by a browser no matter where you are. The
administrator can enjoy the remote system management.
IP Based IVR, Auto Attendant and Voicemail
Offer your voicemail with variety of voice greetings
according to your status (available, meeting, trip,
vacation...). The message originator can check the
receiver's status to choose the best way to contact and
the originator will be directed to phone, mobile, online
chat, voicemail accordingly.
ContaX Contact Buttons
Customers can use "Call Me Now", "Call
Me Later" and "VoIP Click-&-Call" on
web site to communicate with service staffs. It turns
your web site to a Web Enabled Contact Center (WECC) with
phone to phone and PC to phone service. ContaX Office
also provides CDR (Call Detail Record) for the traffic
analysis.
Internet Telephony
ContaX Office can integrate with any IP gateway
supporting H.323. It can connect Internet Call and PSTN
Call and make a conference call of multi-users between
Internet and PSTN to get the benefit of Convergence.
Flexibility and Scalability
Adopting open standards, like TAPI, H.323, VoiceXML,
WTE...etc, ContaX Office is easy to extend. The system
can connect to a 3rd party service, like ASR, TTS without
changing the equipment and works on any TAPI H/W.
Enabled Internet Telephony Service(ITS) interface
As a platform for VAS (Value Added Service), you can
develop applications, like fax/voice broadcasting. An
e-mail can make a fax/voice broadcasting. ITS interface
let you have the benefit of ContaX Office's kernel
functions.
